Distinguished Achievement Award, Life Skills Learning Center- "Power of Choice" Leadership Training
Deutsch-Hamilton Founder Bill Kotcher receives a Distinguished Achievement Award from the Life Skills Learning Center in appreciation of his "Power of Choice" leadership presentation working with disadvantage youth's of Columbus, Ohio.

Bill Kotcher served as an Advisory Board Member for the book "The Complete Guide to Sales Force Incentive Compensation" working with authors Professor Andris A. Zoltners, and Prabhakant Sinha of Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Sally E. Lorimer formally a principal at ZS Associates. Other corporate board members included leaders from HomeCrest Cabinetry, Harley Davidson, United Airlines, General Electric, Abbott Laboratories, Ft. Wayne Newspaper and Roche Diagnostics.
